You would like to learn more about cooking with vegetables, fish and seafood, lamb…
Come and spend three hours in the kitchen for an initiation to these culinary worlds. I will accompany you in the discovery of these products and how to cook, match and present them.
The cooking classes are personalized – you pick the theme that interests you and we take care of the rest!
Classes take place in the restaurant kitchen for one or two people, on the subject of your choice.
