In 2006, Chantal and Michel Truchon decided to transform his mother's former auberge into a bistro under the plane trees, where you can have a drink or enjoy simple and flavourful food that is of course based on excellent products.
In the reasonably priced set menu you'll rediscover flavours that you never stopped loving: orange-scented oxtail terrine, Aubrac meat and fresh green vegetables, chocolate ganache to die for, pineapple in green tomato juice.
